What is the process

Communication Needs & Goals Overview

In the first stage, we conduct a 30–40 minute online meeting to review your communication needs and discuss in detail your business goals and overall digital strategy. The aim is to gain a complete understanding of your priorities and your brand’s specific needs.

Visual Communication Analysis & Design

In the second stage, we analyze your communication goals, existing visual identity, target audience, and competition. Based on these insights, we proceed with the strategic design of your visual communication.

VISUAL STYLE
Recommended overall visual style (e.g. minimal, vintage, bold, etc.) that aligns with your brand identity.

COPY STYLE & TONE
Guidelines for shaping the style and tone of your text to ensure consistency with your visual identity and brand communication strategy.

COLORS
Suggested color palette.

FONTS
Typography recommendations for headings, subheadings, and body text.

ICONS
Icon style that complements your overall visual identity.

IMAGE & VIDEO STYLE
The visual style of images and videos that will support your brand communication.

MOTION STYLE
Guidelines for the appropriate use of motion, such as motion graphics or animations.

CONSISTENCY GUIDELINES
Recommendations for maintaining consistency across all digital and print channels.

Presentation of Proposals

In the third stage, we conduct a 1-hour meeting where we present our proposals for your visual communication. We discuss best practices for applying them across all digital channels and address any questions or next steps for their implementation. The meeting can take place at our office or online if you are located remotely.
